And everywhere else.
Geneva, Lausanne, the Riviera, Neuchâtel, Gstaad: those pages exist because couples ask for them. But the truth is I photograph weddings everywhere — all across Switzerland, in neighbouring France, and further afield when your story takes me there.
Based in Fribourg, I’m within a two-hour drive of almost the entire country. Zurich, Lucerne, the Valais, Graubünden, Ticino: none of these are exceptional trips. They’re weddings I photograph regularly, season after season.
All of Switzerland, no exceptions
German-speaking Switzerland — Zurich and its lake, Lucerne and its shores, Bern, Basel. Families often come from several countries: the full reportage can be conducted in English, and I coordinate with local vendors in German.
Valais and the Alps — Verbier, Zermatt, Crans-Montana. High-altitude weddings demand a quick reading of the light and good legs. I have both.
Graubünden and Ticino — From Guarda Val to the shores of Lake Lugano. The regions furthest from home are often the ones that produce the most memorable days.
Neighbouring France, and beyond
Annecy, Haute-Savoie, the French Jura, Alsace, the Lyon region: the border doesn’t change how I work. I’ve photographed weddings on the shores of Lake Annecy, in estates near Lyon, under the autumn colours of Alsace.
And if your wedding is happening even further away, let’s talk. A destination reportage takes a little more organisation — but it comes together more simply than you’d think.

Frequently asked questions — Weddings beyond French-speaking Switzerland
Do you charge travel fees?
My pricing is the same throughout French-speaking Switzerland: packages from CHF 2,500 (5h) to CHF 3,400 (9h), Plus package at CHF 4,200 with a second photographer. For destinations further afield — German-speaking Switzerland, Ticino, abroad — possible travel costs or an overnight stay are discussed in the quote, simply and without surprises. Details on the wedding packages page.
Do you work in English or German?
The full reportage can be conducted in English — common for international weddings in Zurich, Verbier or Zermatt. I understand German well enough to coordinate with local vendors.
How does a destination wedding work?
Like a wedding in Switzerland, with extra scouting. I arrive the day before whenever possible, scout the light and the venues, and stay until the end of the evening. Logistics are settled in the quote — no hidden costs discovered afterwards.
