Cluniac church and a beautiful Mustang in Romainmôtier
This particular church is steeped in history that Adrienne and Nick had decided to unite in and tie the knot. The Abbey of Romainmôtier, a very popular place for weddings, which also served as a lovely backdrop during the very touching ceremony. This church’s inclusiveness is beautiful, but personally I was amazed by another historical monument close by. A Mustang was ready & waiting for the newlyweds to carry them away! This beautiful classic was used at Adrienne’s wedding too, whose brother also gave us a little surprise and sang brilliantly during the ceremony, whilst her husband made sure there were plenty of aperitif’s to keep the guests entertained.
We left for Les Rasses and the Grand Hotel for a private photo-shoot with the happy couple, later I kept snapping away making sure I captured the moments well especially during the festivities that were planned for the day. The supper, the singing, which all took place in the beautiful building in Jura vaudois. The atmosphere was great at the rendezvous, in particular with the performances that were put on for the couple, whereby even they joined in to dance. A great evening for sure.
